  • Which application (name and version)
  • Any error messages displayed
  • What is the problem and how can it be reproduced
  • Version of the operating system (e.g. Windows 8 Pro 64bit, Windows Phone Mango, Android 2.3.3)
  • Additionaly, if it is a media player remote: The version of the media player and web interface, if applicable
