- Pause on incoming calls
Just released the PRO version of FooMote. So what’s the difference?
It is of course ad-free. You can now start foobar2000 remotely from FooMote! You just need to install HomeMedia, start the service and browse to the foobar2000.exe. Another feature is pausing by an incoming call. So not much difference - see it more as a donate version.

Great app, but HomeMedia is disabled (greyed) in the preferences menu. Does it mean that it does not work yet for FooBar? I’m especially interested in a way to remotely start FooBar when I’m still in bed in the weekends.

Nono it works – you don’t need all the settings, so I disabled it. Just install HomeMedia, start the service, select the foobar2000.exe and it should work. If you need another port than 8003 I could enable the settings.
[EDIT] Version 1.02 you can access HomeMedia and change the port

Do you have any plans to split the FooMote and MPC Remote in the HomeMedia in to seperate exe boxes (rather than generic MPC/VLC)? I have both of those apps and find the start remotely feature handy, but right now I can only configure one or the other to load.

@Thomas
I already thought about this. I will consider your suggestion in one of the next udpates. Thank you
